The Canvas sees itself as a loud but casual, ground-breaking yet simple. The new identity needed to embody the Canvas’s forward-thinking ethos and, most importantly, take it confidently into its next chapter.
This concept focuses on the idea of The Canvas as a space driven by positive change. The logo is an open frame that holds the name The Canvas, with a scribble, becoming an arrow that stands for the direction towards positive change. The Canvas makes it possible and the hand-drawn look represents the self-expression, thoughts and feeling of The Canvas community.
Concept: There are three parts to Canvas: Expression, Information and Connection. Canvas expresses uses loud visuals to inform and connect the audience with its core values, which would bring about a change in the space.
